The hotel's cleanliness was excellent with well-maintained and refurbished rooms. The hotel facilities were great, especially the spacious rooms and the small full kitchen with various appliances. The location was convenient, close to the BTS ASOK station and many attractions. The staff were helpful in providing tourist information.

This venue offers excellent value for money and an amazing location. the helpful staff made my stay remarkable while fulfilling all my luxurious needs. the spacious and exclusive room with great lighting made me feel right at home. the sauna and steam room were very relaxing while the saltwater pool and sun terrace were perfect for sunbathing.
The temperature of the hot water in the shower was not stable, which was a minor inconvenience. the staff were accommodating and efficient at resolving the issue.

The hotel room was spacious and well-maintained, with a great city view from the bath tub. The breakfast spread had a good variety of Thai, Japanese, and Continental options, and the staff were helpful. The hotel's location was convenient, just a short walk from the MRT and BTS stations, as well as Terminal 21 shopping mall.
I had some issues. The water temperature in the shower was unpredictable, going from boiling hot to freezing cold.

This hotel provided us with an exceptional luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities, including the saltwater pool and sun loungers, were particularly stand-out features that made our stay special. the location advantages were fantastic, with the hotel being within walking distance of restaurants and tourist hotspots. the leisure room was also a nice touch, with a wide range of entertainment options available.
this did not detract from the overall experience and we still felt well taken care of.

The hotel is in a prime location, very close to Terminal 21, the MRT station, and Bangkok's best restaurants. Guests have mentioned the spacious and clean rooms with kitchen facilities, helpful staff who provide tourist information, and excellent breakfast. The self-service laundry room on the ground floor is also a convenient facility.
Some guests mentioned that the temperature of the hot water in the shower is not very stable.
